Business Growth Plan

I will assist the CEO/BoD to develop a plan that covers business requirements for company stated growth plan, providing an assessment of existing marketing resources and viability of plans in place, and recommend key business/marketing metrics as needed.

Kickoff deep dive

I start my work with a deep dive to understand each client’s then-current state of business, historical financial results, key business metrics they monitor, and the state of their existing Marketing organization and achieved results.

Developing a Customized PoA (Plan of Action)

Following the deep-dive, I work with the CEO/BoD to develop a plan of action taking into consideration needs, budget and desired outcome of the various initiatives discussed. The plan will spill out the budget, resources and timing needed for deliverables.

Assemble World Class Marketing Organization

Work together to design and built out a world class Marketing organization and team including professionals for Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Demand Gen, Web & Social Media, Industry & Corporate Events, Corporate marketing, Channel Marketing, and Public relations. Identify key hires, assist with recruiting and help by interviewing finalists upon request to verify domain expertise.

Regularly scheduled meetings

Bi-weekly regularly scheduled meetings with the CEOs and weekly ones with functional VPs to drive initiatives, provide feedback, and answer questions.

Got a quick question or idea in between meetings? Send me an e-mail or text and I will respond promptly via email or phone.

Each time we interact, you should feel free to use me as a sounding board for anything that is going on in your business. If I do not know the answer or have relevant experience, I will recommend someone who does.

A separate consulting agreement will be finalized for details listed below.

Contract length

1 year, renewable annually thereafter.

Compensation

Fixed monthly retainer and equity consideration (stock options).

Expenses

Reimbursement of required travel expenses, as applicable.
